We're sharing a round-up of recent activity on the ground at our estates. Site teams have been busy installing estate signage and billboards, clearing and marking out plots, and documenting progress across our locations.
At Add Cocoa Farm Estate, our "Own a Cocoa Farm" billboards are now up at the site along Olabisi Onabanjo University Road, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, developed in partnership with Add Heritage Investment Ltd. Our team has also been on ground for site visits, walking the land with prospective owners.
At MetaLand, Nigeria's first blockchain-powered estate along the Epe/Ijebu-Ode Expressway in Odolewu, site clearing and marking-out is ongoing, with our signage now installed along the expressway showing plot sizes and proposed amenities. Aerial documentation of the surrounding neighbourhood gives prospective owners a clear picture of the location before they buy.
