Document review

Regularization
Excision, Gazette, Governor's Consent or C of O applications are filed and tracked through to completion.
Verification
Completed documents are cross-checked at the relevant Land Registry before they're handed over.
Handover
Original documents are delivered directly to the buyer, not held indefinitely "in process."
